Tuxedo Stan was only with us for 3 1/2 years, however his dream of a world where cats are treated with respect and compassion lives on.
We decorate our tree with cat ornaments in memory of beloved pets so that everyone can share in his dream.
For a modest contribution of $5.00 in our online store we will hang a cat ornament on Tuxedo Stan’s Tree of Hope in honour of, or in memory of, your pet. Within 24 – 48 hours we will post a photo of your ornament on this blog (scroll down to see the photos).

Lovingly made by Tuxedo Stan’s mom, these little guys are waiting to take their place on his 2014 Tree of Hope.
************************
The first pet we honour is Jude, a lovely little rescue cat who was adopted by two of our Tuxedo Party members – Cindy and Joe. He was recently euthanized due to a serious illness. Jude is deeply missed by his family but they are proud that he is the first to be honoured on Tuxedo Stan’s 2014 Tree of Hope.

Please feel free to check back regularly as we add more cat ornaments to Tuxedo Stan’s 2014 Tree of Hope. Don’t be disappointed if your ornament isn’t posted yet – we are working on it but it’s a slow process and we want to do it right.
If you would like to hang an ornament on the tree simply go to theonline store.
From all of us in Catopia, we wish you a safe and peaceful holiday season.
Robyn, I’m so sorry. Your post brought a tear to my eye, as well.
RIP, Dumpy.
And RIP all our beloveds, who never seem to stay with us long enough.
Hugs
So happy you are going to make this an annual tradition. I had two ornaments last year in memory of my Missy and Scooter. This year I lost my little Sissy and will be getting one in her honor. I do hope we will be able to purchase them again this year.
What a lovely and wonderful idea and way to honour furry family.
I just paid for two ornaments, in loving memory of Jodee, our Australian shepherd girl we lost October 17th, 1013 under emergency surgery, at the age of only 7.5 years, and my old cat Maui, who had to leave us August 26th of 2009, she was 19.5 years old.
We miss them both dearly and there’s not one single evening without me thinking or saying “good night, girls”. Yes, seriously. ❤
Thank you.
Thank you! I was so happy to see Havoline’s name on the tree. I brought his ashes home today, and this was a wonderful reminder of my sweet angel. Thank you for helping me cope with his loss.
Thank you so very much for getting my Pinky Cannoli (and Mickey Sylvester) on the tree…tears came to my eyes, seeing her name, and knowing it is a tree of ‘remembrance’–not sure there will ever be another one like ‘that cat’, but ‘remembering’ is sweet…
That is so very sweet! How lovely, in a very bittersweet way, to see Hank for Senate so well represented, and the Stan Angel always brings tears to my eyes ❤
Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to remember our beloved. Tooff left us last January at the grand old age of 22 years. Skunky died in his dad’s arms last month after an attack from a vicious dog. He was 15.
Oh thank you so much for the purple kitty to honour Victoria Duchess of Willow Brook! she left so many paw prints on our hearts in the short 7 days we had her!
Thank you so much for helping me to honour my beloved boys Beau & Sylvester (both aged 18). It has been a very difficult year loosing them both within months of each other (Sylvester on March 3rd & Beau on July 16th). Not a day has gone by that I haven’t shed tears for them. I will admit I dread Christmas morning and not having them with me. But knowing my small donation will help another in need eases the pain a little.
With deepest thanks to all of Catopia.
Thank you for letting me honor my beloved border collie Shelley, she crossed the bridge Jan 17, this year, she was 13. Not a day goes by I don’t miss her, but this is a good way to remember her.
Merry Christmas to all of Catopia
Thank you for providing a way to honor Desh’s memory. He was a handsome 19 year old Siamese I adopted from my local SPCA. We had him 1.5 years knowing he had little time. He touched our heart and will be loved and remembered always.
This is lovely, and brought a tear to my eye. I just lost my little Dumpy this past Tuesday and this will be a perfect way to honor her.
