My friend Diana Piggott from Alberta has had her minions out on another big adventure! I love Alberta adventures!
While we were off touring Alaska, people had been very busy around here repairing roads and bridges after the devastating floods. We can get into much, but not all, of Kananaskis Country now, and took several opportunities to do that. We also decided we should have a Tuxedo Party flag to carry!

A visit to Lake Louise is “de rigueur”, especially featuring Mt. Victoria.

We had a lovely day in larch season, but the sun was low and it was getting cold.

The Lake Agnes tea house was closing down for the winter, but they kindly let us in for a quick warm-up.

In spite of the names, there were no bees in the beehives!

While waiting for skiing season to begin, the intrepid adventurers have taken up rock climbing. First a lovely little peak near Highwood Pass, then another above Lake Louise, trying not to get too tangled up in the ropes! Eager to claim a major summit for the Tuxedo Party, the minions are working hard on their technique.

What next? Albert and Victoria have a serious case of Wanderlust……

Where will it take them?? Flying somewhere on a very big plane, they carefully study the safety leaflet, but are most eager to start reading the book which features their spiritual leader on the front cover!

Stay tuned………
All the best,
Diana, Albert, Victoria and Tony

Wow! Beautiful country, and brave minions! I’m so glad they were careful when rock-climbing, and stowed their ropes carefully coiled around themselves! Love that they got the Tuxedo Party flag to the pinnacle, too. Thanks so much for sharing!
